That One Looks Down upon Another

THAT ONE LOOKS DOWN UPON ANOTHER

That one looks down upon another does not mean that that other looks up against that one

The looking down of one upon another finds its cause in the presumption of that one that he is standing on a higher point than that other. This necessarily is accompanied with the presumption that that other looks up against that one. However that other can have a contrary presumption whereby he is not found on a lower point than that one. That the one looks down upon another then does not mean that that other looks up towards that one.
