Ingredients
The ingredients are fit for two portions.
- 2-3 Celery sticks.
- ¼ Cucumber.
- 1 Small apple (cored).
- 1 Piece of ginger (approximately 1 cm x 1 cm x 2 cm).
- ½ Lemon slice (peeled).
- 1 Cup water (optional).
Preparation
- Wash the celery, cucumber and apple.
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blender them untill smooth.
